Damien is the Continuous Delivery Solution Architect at IP Australia.  Over the last two years he has transformed IP Australia's IT delivery capability into the preeminent model for government departments, making broad changes to platforms, procedures and processes.  He has over 20 years experience in delivery IT systems for both public and private organisations.  Damien has both an Infrastructure and Software Development background, although his most recent roles concentrate around middleware.  In the 2000's he started a business selling software to automate software development and deployment, so, like everybody else, was doing DevOps before it was cool.
